I have teamed up with a nutrition planning service to create some wonderful recipe bundles and meal plans! At first, I will be offering healthy, normal food meal plans...and then I navigate the nutritional facts, I will be incorporating the wild weeds and mushrooms. Because, you know that is where my heart is...still food but with a little wildness!

I am offering this first Meal Plan Bundle for $5. It contains 30 delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now I am working on a snack bundle that will go along with it for free.

Here is a recipe that I made this morning and it is yummy and filling!!

Spiced Quinoa & Pomegranate Bowl - but I sadly did not have poms so I just sliced the whole apple for the top!

The milk seems like a lot but after the quinoa is cooked, you want some extra liquid in there to absorb the protein powder and flax meal. :)

What Inspires You Each Year? Hey Reader , January is the time for dreaming up new things to do, new goals, ambitions and inspirations. It is a clean slate to try something you have been yearning to do or even to get rid of something you don't want to do anymore. I look at my list of accomplishments from last year and they don't have to be big by any means!!
