Hope you are doing well these days!

How about getting away from social media and the TV for a bit and join our fun next weekend?

In case you don't know, Georgia Wild Foods is NEXT week! I cannot believe it is finally here after over a year of planning this event with my friend, Michelle Withrow. Holy Moly it is really gonna happen!!

Just a preview of what we are doing - Friday arrival, a couple classes, dinner, a Wild Foods and Wild Spirits contest. All attendees vote! Saturday - breakfast, classes, lunch, classes then the preparations begin for the Wild Foods Feast!! Everyone will break into groups and work together to create a fabulous buffet of wild goodness.

Afterwards, we will have music and a campfire. Sunday after breakfast, 2 more classes and then goodbyes til next year!

In October, I have the Mastering the Wild class. This is one of my most favorite classes to share with you! We will go over 20+ Wild Plants/Trees/Fruits/Nuts that can be foraged to make edible and medicinal recipes from. Not only that but I will show you how to make it a business to sell what you forage. Of course, this is only for the plants not the mushrooms as that falls under the certification program with Mushroom Mountain.

Not everyone that takes this course plans on selling wild foods. MANY just want to learn in a more in depth class like this with hands on activities. YOU will receive a certificate of completion after the weekend, in case you want to pursue a business.
